Mat Pilates at mindflo focuses on precision, core strength, and controlled movement. Our small-group classes ensure you get the attention you need to build a strong, balanced body — from the inside out.
Our reformer classes use spring-based resistance to challenge and lengthen the body in ways a mat can't. Suitable for those with some Pilates experience, reformer sessions are guided in groups of six for a close, personalised workout.
Our guided meditation and breathwork sessions are a quiet corner of the week. Learn to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and carry stillness into your daily life. No experience needed — just an open mind.
