Mindflo began with a simple idea — that yoga can be for everyone. Today, we're a light-filled studio rooted in calm, built for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between.

Founded in 2021 by a small group of teachers who wanted a studio that felt like home, mindflo was built on the belief that wellness should feel welcoming — not exclusive. What started as one class in a borrowed hall is now a full schedule, seven days a week.
Our Classes
Our space is warm, timber-clad, and quiet — thoughtfully designed to help you drop out of the day and into your practice. Mats, bolsters, and blocks are provided; you just need to arrive.
